Liability Policy

Liability Release

By purchasing products or services from SSS Motorsports, you acknowledge and accept the following terms regarding vehicle modifications:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk:

   • The user understands that modifying a vehicle involves inherent risks, which may include, but are not limited to, potential damage to the vehicle or other related issues.

   • The user accepts full responsibility for these risks and the potential consequences of vehicle modifications.

2. Release of Liability:

   • The user hereby releases SSS Motorsports, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any loss, liability, damage, or cost incurred due to modifications performed on the user’s vehicle.

3. Indemnification:

   • The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SSS Motorsports and its associated parties from any claims or damages, including bodily injury, death, or property damage, whether resulting from the negligence of SSS Motorsports or otherwise, while operating or using the modified vehicle.

4. Assumption of Responsibility:

   • By accepting these terms, the user assumes full responsibility and risk for any incidents or accidents that may occur as a result of vehicle modifications, and acknowledges that SSS Motorsports is not liable for the outcome of such modifications.
