Shop Warranty Policy

Thank you for your business. Your payment is due upon vehicle pickup. Vehicles may be picked up after hours provided that the bill is paid in full in advance via credit over phone or Email Money Transfer to makayla@sssjdm.com. Please note, credit over phone is subject to a 2% processing surcharge. We now offer financing via Affirm with a 3-month no payment plan, OAC terms apply subject to a credit check. Payment plan can be configured to meet your needs, approval and setup only takes 5-10 minutes! 

I hereby acknowledge and understand that storage fees of $35/day (outdoor storage) or $50/day (indoor storage, depending on available space) will be levied on vehicles that are not picked up within 3 business days of project completion unless specifically arranged with garagekeeper. I acknowledge that the garagekeeper also reserves the right to repossess and liquidate the vehicle and/or parts to secure the amount outstanding on the bill in the event that the customer does not respond to requests to pay the bill or storage fees beyond 30 days of a payment due on the invoice.  An express garagekeeper’s lien is hereby acknowledged on the vehicle described to secure the amount of service/repair(s) hereto. 

All warranty work MUST be performed by SSS Motorsports and will be void if the parts being warrantied show evidence of being changed or tampered with by the customer or if work on the vehicle was done elsewhere. Warranty will apply for 1 year or 20,000 kms (whichever comes first). Warranty for performance work is for workmanship and errors only, and warranty will not apply in the event that a performance part fails or is overworked. 

PLEASE NOTE:

For all repairs requiring removal of wheels, wheel lug nuts must be re-torqued within 50-100 km of driving after repairs have been completed. Some aftermarket modifications may void or otherwise impact OEM warranty coverage on parts or vehicles. Vehicles altered for speed and/or performance may handle differently than factory setup; please enjoy with caution on closed courses.
